I generally like Insight Guides but only this pocket edition is available from them. It really lacks in details and just gives you a very brief description of places to go and what to do. I will be trekking and the guide describes 2,3,6,7,9,and 25 day treks and offers one to two sentences of information per trek. This is literally pocket size- and the photos and type size are smaller than a standard size guide book, so harder for me to read and visualize. I usually start with Insight Guides for general planning and later buy Lonely Planet for the finer details. In this case, I could have just skipped this guide. Really can't recommend this guide!
